Annual
Nominations
Every
year, members of The Victoria Women's Fastball League acknowledge
the efforts of individuals within the league through a nomination
process. Nominations are made within each team for Most Spirited
Player, Most Improved Player, and Most Valuable Player.
In
addition, nominations are made from from each team for an
individual to be honoured with the Sue Beischer
and Joannie Dillabaugh Trophies.
Furthermore, each team has one vote for the Most
Sportsmanlike Team. Past year recipients are listed below.

Sue
Beischer Award
Presented
at the Sue Beischer Tournament, the Sue Beischer Tournament
Heart Award "is dedicated to the everlasting memory of
Sue Beischer who's love of the game, the league and its players
will never be forgotten." This trophy is awarded
to a player who:
- Is
a leader
- Promotes
sportsmanship and fair play
- Is
a promoter of the league and it's success
- Has
knowledge and respect for the game and all the people
involved
- Has
fun!
Each
team has two votes and is encouraged to vote for any individuals
involved in the league that most represent Sue's leadership
and love for the game and the people involved. Click

throughout the league that most represent Joannie's spirit
