How to Report Scores

Team Representatives have access to the Team Login database. Scores must be uploaded to the website within 24 hours of the game start.

  1. Click on the Team Login heading on the VWFL website.
  2. Enter your team’s username and password, and press Submit. If you do not have a username and password, or have forgotten your credentials, please contact the Statistician.
  3. Click on Report Game Score.
  4. You will see a list of all the games that your team will play during the season, including the date and the team names. Click Record Score.
  5. Enter the umpire’s first and last name into the Umpire box.
  6. Select the winning team from the dropdown box.
  7. Enter the score for the winning team in numeric format (i.e. 5).
  8. Enter the score for the losing team in numeric format (i.e. 5).
  9. Select the MVP for the opposing team from the drop-down list. All players that have been entered onto the opposing team’s roster will show up in the drop-down list.
  10. Upload a photo of the scorecard for your team by clicking Browse. Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are supported.
  11. Before submitting, please review all the information to ensure it is accurate.
  12. Click Save Result to submit this game information into the database. If all information is entered correctly, you will receive a message that says “The file has been uploaded. Saved.” If you get an error message, re-enter the game information and re-upload the scorecard file.
